We know it can be difficult to remember your ring size when you are shopping online with us. To make your experience more pleasurable we have included a ring sizer right here for you. Just click HERE and follow the simple instructions included with the ring sizer.
SHIPPING POLICY
We exclusively accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Kyndrid does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. We will accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs only.
For each address within the United States, the following apply:
Kyndrid will ship packages via USPS Priority Shipping®, customers should allow 2-4 business days∗ for delivery, upon shipping confirmation. Orders processed before 2PM EST will be shipped that business day, after 2PM the next business day. USPS Priority Shipping is offered free to all orders.
Kyndrid also offers UPS Next Day Air Saver® shipping to accommodate our customers who require an expedited delivery. Orders must be submitted by 2PM EST to qualify for this service. Packages will be delivered by end of the next business day∗. Cost ranges between $15.00 and $34.95 depending on shipping destination.

KYNDRID RETURN POLICY
For a full refund, item(s) must be returned within 10 business days in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt.
For store credit, item(s) must be returned with original packaging and receipt within 30 days.
All sale item purchases are final sale.
Any returned merchandise that is not in sellable condition will not be honored and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN TO KYNDRID
Please follow the return instructions (included with your package).
Call (1-646-753-1034) or email us at customercare@kyndrid.com to acquire a RETURN ID.
Ship the following to our Customer Service Center:
- Returned items in sellable condition
- Original packaging
- Return Slip with RETURN ID
All packages need to be sent to:

When package is received and deemed undamaged by Kyndrid, the credit or refund will be issued in original form of payment in accordance with the above policy.
If no refund or credit is due the package will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
